   • Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.

2. Cancellation by Marineland Limited:

   • In the event that we need to cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer the option to reschedule for another available day. Alternatively, a refund may be issued in special cases where clients are unable to choose an alternative date.

3. No Show Policy:

   • No shows are not entitled to a refund.

4. Unused Tickets:

   • Tickets that are not used on the scheduled day are automatically marked as used and cannot be changed for another day.
   • If you need to change the date, please contact us via email, and we will assist you in rescheduling.

5. Last-Minute Availability:

   • If a particular day is fully booked, we encourage you to check last minute, as there may be cancellations that open up slots. This provides an opportunity for you to secure a spot on a fully booked day.
